đ Free call TONIGHT, 7â8pm â plus our new direction

It's time to celebrate !
Itâs been a minute since our last newsletterâweâve been busy figuring out where We The People Rise can make the biggest difference. And, yes, we found a new home base: wethepeoplerise.info.
Hereâs what weâre seeing: the world of work is changing fast. AI is reshaping jobs, the economy is shifting, and the old rules for building a good life donât always seem to apply anymore.
So maybe this is our moment to stop asking, âHow do I keep up?â and start asking, âWhat could I create next?â
Because we believe the resources are already out there. The knowledge. The technology. The connections. The opportunities. The people.
Whatâs missing isnât another expert telling you what to do.
Itâs your special sauce.
That unique combination of your experience, curiosity, talents, quirks, dreams, and sheer willingness to give something a try.
Thatâs where We The People Rise comes in.
Weâre here to help people find their next adventure, build meaningful work, make useful connections, and create livesâand communitiesâthat are a little more alive.
The future isnât something weâre waiting for. Weâre building it. Together.
So, what's in it for YOU and YOURS? . . . Well, everything
Weâre building a place where people can get practical support, make connections, find opportunities, build skills, and figure out what the heck comes next.
đ Join us TONIGHT, 7â8pm â our free monthly community call. No RSVP, just show up. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82779689144

2. Use our services.
If youâor someone you knowâis navigating a career transition, looking for work, starting a new venture, or simply wondering âWhat the hell am I supposed to do next?ââcome use what weâre building.
3. Refer someone to us.
Know somebody who could use a little encouragement, connection, or practical help? Send them our way.
4. Volunteer
We can use your expertise.
Weâre not interested in telling people whatâs wrong with them or whatâs wrong with the world.
Weâre interested in whatâs possible.
And we think the future is going to be a whole lot more interesting and fun when more people get the chance to create it.

This week we have interviews with:

Susan RoAne, author of How to Work a Room, makes networking feel less intimidating and far more practical â simple tools for starting a conversation, introducing yourself with confidence, and exiting gracefully. You'll also see how small, consistent gestures turn casual encounters into real connections.

Kelly Gangl, job coach and HR professional, tells us to Why 70% of Jobs Are Invisible (and How to See Them Anyway). She's seen it all and has opinions: Stop the 'spray and pray'. It's a waste of time. Learn how to build authentic relationships, uncover hidden opportunities, stay resilient through rejection and transition, and strategically focus your time on networking, upskilling, and applying.
